Primitive Monmouth Western Crock No5 with Metal Bale and handle
Good Antique Condition - There are small chips out of the bottom of the lid - See pics - Some rust on the metal and some marks on the glaze from where the rusty metal lays against the crock. No large chips or cracks at time of inspection.
This crock feels like the lost art of making something durable and long-lasting. Beautiful patina on the crock as well as the rusty metal. The perfect size and color to complement any antique collection or farmhouse decor. While researching, I noticed it's unusual to still have the handle intact, most crocks this design do not.
This crock measures 7.5" in circumference and stands 9" tall with the handle up.
