Nice white jumper with blue wool cape and cuffs. There is some staining on the jumper and some mothing on wool parts. Has a nice pre 1913 Navy rate for a Chief Petty Officer, Machinist's Mate on left sleeve. Overall a nice jumper with harder to finf neckerchief still tied!
