The front reads “POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT – UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and features a mounted mail carrier on horseback.
The original backing is still intact and is marked 3M Scotchlite Reflective Sheeting with Controltac Adhesive, along with the original application instructions.
