Slovakia,Tatranská Polianka, Dr. Guhr's Sanitorium. Brochure - Four-fold. Circa 1928 - 1930s. 9 x 4-1/8 in., folded.9 x 15-7/8 in., unfolded. Very good condition (general use wear), considering age. One quarter fold has a 1/4 to 1/2 in vertical tear at folded edge. A couple of tiny holes at lower left corner area -- apparently where a staple may once have been and then removed.
