Up for grabs I have a clean copy of Pokemon Adventures #1 CGC SS 9.8 white pages by Viz Comics from Sept 1999. Signed by Ash Ketchum voice actress Veronica Taylor. Signed Veronica "Ash" Taylor.
This was a retelling closer to the original Game Boy games. Featuring Red as the main character. Darker and more narrative focused than The Electric Tale of Pikachu comics. Written by Hidenori Kusaka with art by Mato. This was a highly acclaimed series by franchise creator Satoshi Tajiri who famously noted it was the closest depiction to his original vision.
There are only (2) 9.8 Signature Series copies on the CGC census. This is in a magazine sized slab.
Take note on the last 2 pictures. There are marks on the inside of the back of the slab you can see. They do not affect the book at all. You would need to reslab if they bother you that much.
