An original vintage lot of four (4) pinback buttons from 1470 West, the historic and influential Dayton, Ohio LGBTQ+ nightclub originally located on West Dorothy Lane. This collection includes a rare Gay Rights Pink Triangle & Lambda symbol button, "A Night in Hollywood" event button with the art deco winged logo, a yellow "2nd Anniversary! The Toughest Two-Year-Old in Town!" button, and an orange "1984 Halloween Party" button.
Vintage pre-owned condition with heavy cosmetic wear and aging. The two larger white buttons exhibit prominent foxing, brown spotting, and discoloration across the celluloid faces. The yellow and orange buttons show light surface scuffs and age toning. The metal reverses on all four pins have significant dark oxidation, tarnishing, and surface rust, though all pinback mechanisms remain intact and functional. Please see photos for full cosmetic condition.
