## Shipping & Packaging
This item ships from Japan in an A5-size cardboard envelope (approx. 245 × 190 mm / 9.6" × 7.5", thickness within 2.5 cm / 1 inch). All orders include a tracking number.
Because the envelope is thin/flat, it will often fit directly into your mailbox, so you can receive it even if you're not home. However, if it doesn't fit in your mailbox, it will be handled according to your local postal service's standard delivery procedures. Please note that if the package is not picked up within the storage period, it may be returned to Japan. To avoid this, please check the tracking number and monitor the delivery status regularly.

## Note Regarding FriXion Ink and Heat Sensitivity
FriXion ink is heat-sensitive by design, and if exposed to temperatures of approximately 65°C (149°F) or higher during shipping or other conditions, the ink may become invisible. This is a normal characteristic of the ink, not a product defect.
Solution: Place the pen or refill in a freezer for a few hours. Cooling the ink to approximately −10°C (14°F) or below will cause the ink to reappear.
Please note: Because FriXion ink can disappear due to heat, please do not use it for addressing envelopes, important documents, or records.
