Richman appeared in over 130 television series and 30 feature films, including memorable roles on Dynasty, The Twilight Zone, Three\'s Company, and as the original Nick Azarti in the Broadway and film worlds.
Historical Notes
Peter Mark Richman (1927-2021) enjoyed one of the longest and most varied careers in Hollywood history. Born Marvin Jack Richman in Philadelphia, he trained as a pharmacist before joining the Actors Studio, where he studied alongside legends of the craft. After this photo era, Richman continued working steadily into his 80s, playing C.C. Capwell on Santa Barbara, the memorable recurring role of attorney Andrew Laird on Dynasty, and Charles McCulloch in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan. Twilight Zone fans treasure his starring turn in the classic 1960 episode \'The Fear,\' and he returned for the 1980s Twilight Zone revival, one of few actors to appear in both series. Beyond acting, Richman was an accomplished playwright and painter whose one-man show as Clarence Darrow toured nationally. He passed away in 2021 at age 93, leaving behind a remarkable seven-decade legacy in American entertainment.
