Persons-Majestic R-19-35 amber "cat's eye" marble reflector Industrial For Sale

I am listing this unit as used, although I can not find any indication that it has ever been mounted and although shelf dusty it looks to be in new condition. This specific Persons-Majestic R-19-35 amber "cat's eye" marble reflector was manufactured during the 1930s to early 1940s. The early design patents for these dense cluster-marble glass lenses were secured by the Persons-Majestic Manufacturing Company between 1929 and 1934. Heavy production of this rugged, cast-metal backing design thrived primarily throughout the 1930s. They were built to serve as heavy-duty, highly visible roadside and vehicular safety markers before flat, modern plastics completely took over the industry in the post-WWII era. Heavily used by the railroad industry, trucking industry and transportation for roadside warning systems.
