A non-visible, UV-reactive authentication mark applied during inspection to verify original point of sale and prevent fraudulent returns. All items are sold brand new and unused but are opened, inspected and authentication marked to avoid shipping any damaged goods while also to prevent buyer fraud.
All Pre-Orders are non refundable. Please consider that the shipping dates can fluctuate. Items can arrive a month earlier than expected up to a month later from the expected ship date above. What sets us apart from any other retailer is that we open and inspect every figure in order to secure it arrives to us and you in pristine condition. The later you pre-order your item the later the batch you will receive from our initial shipments. All orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. Our distributors ship these out in small batches we don't always receive our entire allotment all at once.
We are a small business and only order figures based on pre-order demand and specific quantities ordered specifically by you. We do our best to NOT keep extra stock on hand. We are not profitable.
