The Popeye Puppet looks fantastic. In great condition, but you knew there was a but. The voice box does not work with the string. The string pulls out, but returns quite rapidly and makes a squeeky noise. The good new is there is a string and a voice box. Usually that can be fixable, I just am not able to do it. If you can fix it, you have an excellent vintage talking puppet that is 60 years old.Stand comes with it, Is about 11\" tall and can see it next to a soup can.
