The glasses are clear, we have darkened the inside of the glass so you can see the engraving clearly.
The engraving shows frosted white.
Supplied in a gift box, black or blue depending on stock.

- Please remember to check your spelling before submitting them to us. Once engraved mistakes cannot be corrected.

- If no response by the time that we are suppose to dispatch, the order will be cancelled
- Please use messaging for all correspondence, emails sent direct to us are unlikely to be responded to.
- Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit, once the item is with Royal Mail it is out of our control. We will however offer a replacement item.
Shipping
- Free Shipping unless you upgrade to first class then you will only pay the difference.
- Items will usually be processed within 24 hours and sent by Royal Mail.
- Please allow up to seven days after the item has dispatched for it to arrive.
Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away.

- All returns must be sent back to us via recorded delivery.
