PARTS Anhalt 93rd Infantry Regiment Pickelhaube WWI - READ DESCRIPTION For Sale

WWI German Pickelhaube helmet in the configuration of Anhaltisches Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 93. All parts appear original except for the chinstrap; the central Anhalt coat of arms is uncertain and is incorrectly attached with prongs, but the \"Fuerst\" eagle itself looks original. There are no visible markings in the neck guard or inside the helmet; any that were there have faded. My personal opinion is that this is assembled from parts. Based on the spacing of the holes in the center of the wappen, I believe it may have originally had a Braunschweig skull in the center, though I cannot say for certain. Offers are welcome.
