Very attractive translucent green Opal (non precious) and other green unidentified minerals on and in a Serpentine matrix of some kind. The Opal is all over the specimen in thick veins and patches, and I have to imagine the interior has far more than is visible on the exterior. There are other minerals including tiny micro Magnetite crystals/partial crystals which are black, very reflective and attracted to a magnet.
Fluoresces nicely under 365nm long wave UV light and little to no reaction under 254nm short wave.
