This is a Safariland BALCS Low Vis Body Armor Carrier in size Medium. These were used by SEALs and MARSOC for some time as a low vis option. This one is field used and a bit salty/stained from use. The label advises not to wash it - you could probably hand wash and blot it safely - just no machine washing. This carrier has pockets for front and rear soft panels, but they are not included with this listing (sorry, I don\'t have them.) Photos show the exact item being sold.
