Vintage Order of the Arrow Pilthlako Lodge #229 1996 NOAC blinking-eyes flap patch set.Included are two different Blue Book varieties:• S19 – Black border / red background
• S21 – Gold border / light background
• Pilthlako Lodge #229
• 1996 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC)
• Battery-operated blinking/flashing eyes
• BOTH PATCHES TESTED AND WORKING
• Photos include still images showing the eyes illuminatedBoth patches retain their original electronic blinking-eye feature and have been tested and confirmed working. Still images taken while the patches were operating are included in the listing photos to show the illuminated eyes.IMPORTANT BATTERY NOTE:
The batteries currently installed are the original batteries. Because of their age, I will REMOVE the batteries before shipping. Batteries are NOT included and should be replaced with new batteries by the buyer.
