Northern Electric. Fire Alarm Box. Pull Station. Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada. Vintage. 7.75"x10"x4" for the box itself and the front panel and white pull door add about another 2 inches depth.
Unknown date. I'm guessing 1950s to 1960s. But possibly earlier.
I'm not sure where or what building it came out of other than its most likely manufactured in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. And was most likely from a building in Manitoba, Canada.
I don't know much about this item other than its missing all interior mechanics. It's been repainted in spots a few times over the decades. It is how I purchased it. No keys or anything like that. Just the box.
Condition. Good. As-Is. Moderate wear to the entire box. Was repainted at some point. I'm not fully sure if the original colour was red. Has some over painting in some areas. One area has been banged up a little either from someone trying to open it or I'm not sure(see Photo ). Interior has no remaining mechanics. Spring front door still works. Screw sticking out of the back from when it was removed from its original home I think. Screw sticking out of rear panel. Other than the white pull down door, I'm not sure if it opens any further.
