Nice Mixture 7 Children Greetings Antique Postcards. Drawn. Romance. Winter.
This is a nice selection of GREETINGS postcards showing CHILDREN that would have been sent for BEST WISHES and FRIENDSHIP. The postcards have the classic look of the early 1900's and they are ANTIQUE (over 100 years old!). The postcards show young children in various scenes. These are DRAWN postcards and a few have a ROMANCE theme, and there are a couple that show a WINTER scenes. Some of these have a HUMOR theme as well. The children give you a glimpse of the fashion and clothing of that era. The postcards are EMBOSSED (2) and Flat Printed.
This is a nice mixture of antique Children postcards for the collector.The postcards are nicely detailed and pleasing to look at. These are truly collector items, and would be good to put into a collection. Overall, a niceselection of Children antique postcards at a reasonable price!
The postcards are UNPOSTED (6) and POSTED (1) with a cancel date of 1909. Some of these were "Printed In Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era), and some were "Made in USA". They have DIVIDED backs.
These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector.The postcards will keep their value! They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some of these to have edge wear, smudges, stains, paper toning, cuts and creases because of their age (again, over 100 years old!).
Regarding condition, please note that we try to remove damaged postcards from our lots, and only sell those postcards that are worth having in a collection. Because we do not want you to be disappointed, look closely at the photos we provide to see the postcards and the backs.
