NIKI de SAINT PHALLE X-LARGE 55\"x28\" BLUE BEACH TOWEL NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING For Sale

Big, bold and bright, NIKI de SAINT PHALLE extra-large blue BEACH TOWEL featuring her iconic GANESH character on the front. This functional piece of Niki de Saint Phalle \"art\" measures 55\" X 28\" and has never been used. It comes in the original clear plastic drawstring tote bag/beach bag. It has only been removed from the tote once, just to take the photographs. I purchased this in San Diego, CA at the Museum of Contemporary Art and I think it was back in 2001 or 2002, just before she passed away. The GANESH image is on the front only. The towel has been stored all these years in a smoke-free environment, away from light. There is absolutely no fading whatsoever and is in \'as new\' condition. If you are a Niki de Saint Phalle admirer, please look at my other sales, as I am selling my 40+ year Saint Phalle collection (getting old and running out of space to store it). I have another beach towel like this one (orange), that I use daily, as it makes a great towel to wrap around your head after shampooing. I have been using it for at least 15 years and it is still bright and fluffy, so it\'s quite sturdy and well-made. I\'ll ship this in the original plastic tote.
