CPM 20CV tests at 62-64 HRC and holds a working edge through extended cutting sessions.
Also features Canvas Micarta Scales: The green canvas micarta scales develop character with use. Fresh micarta appears lighter and will darken naturally as oils from your hands work into the material. Each knife develops its own unique patina over time. The textured canvas provides secure grip without being abrasive in the pocket.
