• Book approximate measurements 8.5"W x 11"L x 1.5"D
• 853 pages
• Book is Very sturdy and Assembled (held together by 3 Machined slot screws)
• Both book and memo are in Fair to Good condition for use and age with mostly storage wear. Memo shows some disintegration on the left side but does not affect readability of the typed material. Book cover of course has aging, but very nice. Approximately the last one third of the book has hardened pages likely due to moisture exposure at some point while in storage.
