Extremely rare 1970's Comoy's of London figural metal table lighter in the shape of a NASA Astronaut in full space suit and backpack.
This metal astronaut is depicted seated in a stylized backpack/propulsion unit. The front of his space suit is inscribed "NASA". The top of his backpack has a paper American Flag emblem. The lighter mechanism is on his back and still produces a strong spark - it's empty of fuel right now and just needs some butane to light. It lifts out of its cradle for refueling. The bottom has the original "Comoy's of London - JAPAN" label. It's in great shape with just a small crack in one knee.
It measures 3.5" tall by 2" wide by 3" deep, and weighs 3/4 lb.
