This seems to be a pre WW 1 belt that may have been worn by officers.
Belt fabric seems to be super clean considering its age.Belt length is 28" (see photo) not sure if it can expand, I am not going to mod/fool with it.
I may have priced this to high OR this could be the deal of a life time??
NOTE: the metal "bracket" on the belts says MILLS JAN 29 1901 APRL 18 1905 JUL 16 1907
