There is mild paper splitting along the inner gutter of the title section, but the underlying mesh structure holds firm. Pages are completely legible and free of internal highlighting or notation. The external text block edge exhibits uniform amber age-toning and features a visible oil/handling smudge on the vertical profile, as documented in the photographs.

This book has direct family history and originally belonged to a distant relative, Marshall O. Culton.
