Martial Redon Limoges Hand Painted Gold Fish 8 3/4 Inch Plate Circa 1882-1896 CNice porcelain plate. Decorated with a hand painted brown and gold fish in water. With heavy clouded gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse MR in blue. This mark was used by Martial Redon in Limoges France between 1882 and 1890. Also marked M. Redon Limoges in a red circle. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Martial Redon in Limoges France between 1882 and 1896. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches wide.This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.FS
