Marble's MR183 Folding Hunter, Fluted Honey Bone, 5-1/4", 2-Blades,DISCONTINUED, NEW from Old Stock, Vintage 2005.A dandy size for this otherwise bigger knife, often worn with a sheath;however, this model, although still hefty, could be carried comfortably in apocket.
Flat bar shield & huge grooved bolsters, each enddifferent.
Never used, never sharpened, never carried, gently cleaned.Arced match strike pulls. "Marble's" nicely etched on theskinner blade, and stamped on the tang. The Saber grind of the Clip blade gives it a robust look.No pits, rust or tarnish.Blades, with factory edges, are sharp right outof the box, and close with a resounding BANG! into their own INDIVIDUALbrass-lined groove, a nice look and adds strength to the frame. No half-stops.
Original box and zippered, padded black “Marbles”carrying pouch will be included.
Pictures are not of the actual knife the winning buyerwill receive, because inventory is low and this production run varies littlefrom the generic pictures. The honeycolor and the fluted bone handles are striking.
Marble's quality is probably commensurate with Rough Rider, and makes itaffordable for users to carry and use collectible grade pocketknives.
Would make a nice Christmas present.
