Maison Pic André Pic Valence France Original Menu 1970s 1980s 3 Michelin Stars For Sale

This is an original Menu from Maison Pic restaurant in Valence France from sometime between late 1970’s to early 1980’s. It was rated with with 3 Michelin stars thanks to starred Chef Jacques Pic. A world renowned chef and the father of Anne-Sophie Pic. The most decorated female chef in the world. A great piece of Culinary history. Note the menu is listed in France Francs. If you can see in blue there are corrections hand written on the menu. On the left side a few things are crossed out and written above Le Menu “ Rabelais” is another dish for 80F. This would look great in any home or business. I bought 6 different menus like this from 6 different restaurants in France. I bought these at a thrift store which provides money for a church on Cape Cod. Apparently the donator had these hanging in her kitchen. She apparently went to France about as her husband’s business took him there. They went to all of these restaurants looks like in the early 1970’s to early 1980’s. The frame measures 20 by 16 inches and is a burl wood frame . It’s very pretty. The others say conservation glass but this does not but I think it is. In perfect condition for its age.
