Add a touch of California Modernism to your bookshelf with these stunning, hand-carved Haluk Built solid maple bookends. Produced in San Francisco during the mid-20th century, these pieces are a masterclass in the \"stepped\" Art Deco silhouette that became a hallmark of high-end Mid-Century design.
Crafted from premium solid maple, the grain is tight and beautifully preserved. Haluk & Co. was known for producing high-style wooden accessories sold in upscale San Francisco boutiques. Finding a pair with the maker\'s label still intact is a rare treat for collectors of regional MCM woodworking.
Whether you are looking to secure a collection of vintage art books or simply want a sculptural statement piece for a teak credenza, these bookends offer both structural weight and architectural beauty.
