This vintage set of salt and pepper shakers was designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld for WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) in Germany during the 1950s.
Made of pressed glass with stainless steel lids (cromargan), they are part of the "Max & Moritz" set.
These shakers are considered a design classic, known for their hourglass shape and functional design, reflecting Bauhaus principles.
The shakers measure 2.5"H and are in great vintage condition. One still has traces of original paper label.
