GROUP OF 42 VINTAGE POSTCARDS OF MARTINIQUE. Circa 1930s. Most are from the same series of \"Carte Postale\" by Armand Benoit-Jeannette. A wonderful collection of vintage views of the land, buildings, and people of Martinique, with special focus on Fort-de-France and Sainte Anne, including street views, municipal buildings, fishermen, churches, monuments, and views of The Grand Hotel de la Paix, etc. They are all unposted, and previously mounted in an album, with glue browning and surface tears on blank verso of several, few closed tears, scattered foxing, else crisp and clean.
