Modeled after the skillets made in the original Lodge Blacklock 1896 foundry, this skillet features a thin wall design that is 1 lb lighter than the current 10.25\" Classic model. A homemade protective leather handle is included for heat protection when handling a hot skillet (picture shows right handed installation but it can be turned over for left handed). It is compatible with gas, electric, and induction stoves, making it versatile for various cooking needs. This original Lodge product is oven-safe and has a seasoned surface coating, ensuring even heat distribution and easy food release. Used very little and in excellent condition, sits flat. Great skillet but just got too heavy for my arthritic hand & wrist.
