Vintage Lladró porcelain figurine #4989, \"Sayonara\" (also called Japanese Sayonara Girl), sculpted by Salvador Debón. Issued in 1978 and retired in 1996 — no longer produced. She depicts a young Japanese woman in a flowing kimono with hand-painted chrysanthemum and floral details, a blue obi sash, and pink flowers in her upswept hair, bowing gracefully with her hands clasped in a traditional greeting. Stands approximately 10.5\" tall on the signature gray ribbed Lladró base. Glossy finish, hand-painted, made in Spain. A lovely addition to any Lladró or Asian figurine collection. No original box included.
