This listing is for 7th–8th instar juvenile Phidippus arizonensis jumping spiders, hatched around April 5, 2026. They are currently feeding on flies and small mealworms.
Females display an incredible range of color variations, with combinations of black, white, brown, red, and orange. Because of this natural variation, no two females look exactly alike.
Males are slate blue, charcoal, or gray with a beautiful metallic blue sheen in certain lighting. Their enlarged, fuzzy front legs are a distinctive bright yellow, creating a dramatic contrast. Photographs rarely capture just how impressive they are in person.
