Lenox’s original Annual Christmas Tree plate series (the predecessor to their later “Christmas Trees Around the World” line). Each year features a different real tree species, both common and Latin botanical name, painted in the center with a gold-trimmed rim and gold garland border, boxed in Lenox’s signature green gift box.

• Christmas 1978 – Blue Spruce
• Christmas 1979 – Balsam Fir
• Christmas 1980 – Brewer’s Spruce
• Christmas 1981 – China Fir
• Christmas 1982 – Aleppo Pine (x2, appears to be a duplicate — worth double-checking, as one may actually be a different year)
• Plus 2 unlabeled plates (Douglas Fir, Scotch Pine — likely the earliest years in the series, possibly 1976/1977) in their original boxes. Beautiful vintage piece.
