This MAGNIFICENT cotton and cotton blend authentic Ohio Amish broken star quilt is all machine pieced and hand quilted, with unusual log cabin elements, background applique, and hand embroidered accents.It measures 94" X 104" and is inexcellent, unused condition, with a couple of small, inconspicuous spots and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall.
There is hand quilting around the piecework and applique and in straight line and heart designs in the background, all at 8-9 stitches to the inch.
The back is white, the hand stitched binding is the same green print used in the interior, and the batting is thin.
This GENEROUS SIZE, AMAZING DESIGN, and SUPERB CONDITION make this Amish beauty stand out -- it would make a terrific bed quilt!
