This spectacular piece features a central 360-degree rotating swivel panel housed within a traditional, intricately carved dark hardwood swivel frame.
The Artwork & Craftsmanship:
The central artwork features master-level traditional Suzhou hand-embroidery. Because it is an authentic double-sided embroidery piece, the artwork is perfectly mirrored on both sides. The artist has seamlessly hidden all thread ends and knots inside the core weave, leaving both faces flawlessly clean and smooth.
The Mechanical Display Stand:
The inner embroidery frame is mounted on a mechanical pivot pin that allows it to smoothly revolve a full 360 degrees, allowing you to easily spin and view either side. The outer hardwood swivel frame features gorgeous borders carved with traditional ruyi-cloud head scrolling foliage and bracket step feet.
