Lancaster County Blacksmith Trade Sign Vintage Postcard 4P24-29: $19.00
Color view of a sheet-iron trade sign showing a blacksmith with hammer and anvil beside a horse and horseshoe, with W. CERFIN lettering below. The reverse identifies the sign as from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, circa 1900, length 32 inches, in the Pennsylvania Farm Museum. That date refers to the sign rather than the postcard. Published by Philip Levin Co., Harrisburg, PA 17105. The divided reverse has no message, address, stamp or postmark. Small tan marks are visible on the reverse, with light corner wear and a small crease at the front lower-right corner.Original postcard. This is an old piece - may have small blemishes, etc that come with age. See pics for condition.
