Please note that allitems are packed with care and attention. Thus, I have few problems withdamaged items.
However, due to theinsistence of postage companies I have had to add this.
Any damage that happensin transportation will require me to make a claim.
This requires thatphotos of label, packing, boxes and damage to item are required and you will berequired to provide this before I can provide any solution to this.
I am sorry about this, but I have had claims turned down through no fault of my own.
This is a condition ofpurchase and that you provide these to me if damage occurs, I have had to addthis as quite naturally people have disposed of the packing etc. beforecontacting me.
