Kaywoodie Briar Pipe – Custom Westy Pipe Co. Handcrafted Stem
A classic Kaywoodie briar given a completely new personality with a one-of-a-kind handcrafted Westy Pipe Co. stem.
The warm, medium-brown briar bowl displays attractive natural grain, including areas of tight birdseye and flowing grain that become especially noticeable as the pipe is turned in the light. Its rounded, full-bodied shape has a traditional feel that contrasts beautifully with the dramatic custom stem.
The standout feature is the handcrafted acrylic stem, individually shaped and fitted by Westy Pipe Co. The material has extraordinary depth, with swirling black, pearl white, smoky gray and warm copper/brown accented by flashes of green and subtle sparkle. Because the pattern runs throughout the acrylic, its appearance changes dramatically depending on the angle and lighting.
A polished silver-tone accent band creates a crisp transition between the vintage briar and contemporary stem, giving the entire pipe a refined, almost jewelry-like appearance. The gently curved stem creates an elegant profile while preserving the character of the original Kaywoodie.
This is not simply a restored estate pipe. It is a vintage Kaywoodie reimagined as a unique Westy Pipe Co. piece—combining an established American pipe name with individually handcrafted work that cannot be duplicated.
