Jumbo Linking Pins is a professional linking effect built around oversized safety pins, designed for maximum visibility, clean handling, and reliable real-world performance.
This set combines the visual clarity of classic linking pins with the structural advantages inspired by Chinese Linking Rings. By scaling the pins up and re-engineering the internal mechanics, we created a system that looks completely ordinary, yet allows for smooth, deceptive linking and unlinking actions.
Built Bigger, Built Better
Unlike traditional small linking pins, the jumbo size dramatically improves both visibility and elastic strength.
The thicker metal provides stronger spring tension, allowing the secret gimmicks to open and close smoothly, quickly, and consistently-without hesitation or awkward handling.
This also makes the routine easier to control, more forgiving, and far more suitable for live performance.
Secret Gimmicks, Ordinary Appearance
Each set includes four jumbo safety pins, two of which contain secret gimmicks.
From the outside, all pins look identical and can be casually shown or briefly examined by the audience.
The gimmicks are fully concealed within the structure of the pin, eliminating visible gaps or suspicious openings commonly found in other linking props.
Clean, Visual, and Practical
The linking and unlinking actions can be performed openly, without excessive cover or complex sleight of hand.
Thanks to the improved elasticity and refined mechanics, the pins can link, unlink, and be reset smoothly in real time.
After the effect, the pins can be closed and immediately handed out, keeping the entire routine clean from start to finish.
Designed for Live Performance
Jumbo Linking Pins were developed through extensive live performance testing, refinement, and material selection.
The result is a routine that is:
Easy to learn
Comfortable to handle
Safe for audience interaction
Reliable under repeated use
Whether performed close-up, parlor, or in walk-around settings, the effect remains clear, visual, and deceptive.
