Rare ceramic sculpture by Joseph Fornelli depicting a duck hunter returning from a successful hunt.
The sculpture features finely detailed craftsmanship with a patinated finish designed to resemble bronze (see close-up photos for texture and finish detail). It is mounted on a wooden pedestal base.
Please note: A portion of the shotgun barrel has broken off and is no longer present. The break is visible but does not detract from the overall display of the piece. There is also one very small chip on the tip of one duck\'s wing (the one closest to the gun). This flaw is minor and difficult to detect (see final photos for details).
Approximate dimensions (including wooden pedestal):
10\" tall x 7\" long x 5½\" wide
Condition reflects noted flaws and has been priced accordingly. Please review all photos carefully.
