Inset tile reads Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Brass nameplate reads Fair Winds and Following Seas from OICC/ROICC Camp Pendleton, CA. Signed and dated 1992 John Wills Studios, Inc. within the etching. Maker's gold foil label on back confirms handcrafted cultured marble, made in USA, Virginia Beach, VA. Mounted on wood-grain laminate board with keyhole hangers. Minor edge and corner wear, including small chips at a couple of wood corners and light marker dots on one marble edge, shown in photos.
