Item is in good/very good condition. All pages are there and firmly attached to the original staples. Cover is still attached as well. No pages missing. Book is strong and not falling apart. There is slight mouse damage on the right edge of the cover and some mouse damage on the top right corner (see pics). There is also an "X" written in pen on the cover (see pics). Review pics for overall condition of the book. Still very readable and colors are still vibrant.
