This sale is for a pewter desk piece in the form of Atlas, sitting somewhat cross legged, arms out behind him, in a position to serve as a good pen holder. The piece is about 4.75" measuring from the edge of one palm to the other; each palm is about 2.25" up in the air; the base is 2.5" in diameter. On the underside of the base is cast into the metal, "Jac Zagoory Designs NYC", with a fish logo, and "Pewter." I'll have a Zagoory pewter T-Rex fossil skull staple remover up for sale next week. Zagoory made a large line of metal desk pieces, I think he was producing them up until fairly recently. His web says he is no longer making these desk items, but he still has some inventory for sale. This figure lists for $175 there. His web site says he is now focusing on his line of customer designed/ custom branded items for companies. In the second to thelast picture I show this piece holding a 5.75" long HP stylus pen (not included), and in the last picture I show the piece with a 2 1/8" tall Mignot soldier - he is shown for size reference only, and is not included in this sale.

Taxes: now automatically adds sales tax to your cost for items going to states that require it. collects that money and remits it directly to the respective states.
Payment: I accept all the payment methods that offers. Payment is due within four days from the end of the sale. If your payment is not received within this time period the automated sales tool takes over and starts hounding you.
Shipping: My sales end on Saturday. If you pay by 5:00 E.S.T. on Sunday I'll have them in the mail on Monday. Payments made later in the week or purchases made from my store are shipped as soon as I can get to the Post Office, but that can take several days and may not happen until the next Monday. I combine shipping on all purchases made and paid for at the same time (unless you're combining a book and toys as books use inexpensive media mail in the U.S. while toys can't). I use First Class (up to 16 oz) and Priority mail. Books ship media mail. I only charge actual postage - no added fees. I use lots of bubble wrap, peanuts, and good boxes. In a group of multiple pieces each item is wrapped individually. Original boxes or other original paper item go into a plastic bag in case you get delivery on a rainy day.
InternationalShipping: Important Note for European Customers: In August 2026 began compliance with the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations (PPWR) (basically, sellers to the EU need to register individually with each EU country, provide details on the amount of recyclable and other shipping material in each box, and pay "eco contributions" to each EU country). Because of the cost and complexity of complyingwith this EU regulation, I can no longer sell to European Union customers.I will continue to ship international to all other countries that haven't lost their minds.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted. I use a loupe to examine the toys while I'm listing them and I try and mention the significant condition issues I see. I value my reputation and I'm not knowingly going to put out false or misleading info on a toy. I leave response so please do the same.
