Tagged plains dress, heavily beaded yoke on tan buckskin. Beautiful detailed colored beadwork around breast and shoulders with heavy fringe with unbelievable collar beading with fringe as well. Some variations in turquoise bead colors. Long fringe on sleeves and short fringed bottom edge. I can't imagine the time it took and talent. Piece is from private collection of over 70 years. Beautiful piece in excellent vintage condition for this type of piece. I was told by a very wonderful customer that the beading which is on blue cotton is most likely from the later 1800's. That would make the dress worth way more than I am asking as the beads are probably off a family members dress.
Please look closely at pictures for the best description and condition. Some black marks, mostly on underside. Please remember that this is vintage leather. No holes except bullet hole.
