I am listing quite a few items that came from a collection related to a 1920s cruise/vacation that a couple took to Europe, starting from Seattle WA then to NYC by train then off to Europe (Italy, France, Switzerland, etc) on a cruise ship. The people, Mr and Mrs John Ryan Jr of Seattle WA, appear to have been somewhat wealthy and Mrs Ryan (Mary DeHart Andrews Ryan) kept EVERYTHING......postcards, luggage tags, tickets, letters of introduction, rental car paperwork, souvenirs of cruise ship games and activities, restaurant menus, Western Xnion telegrams from friends, hotel items, tourist-y material, and much more. It\'s an incredibly detailed documentation of 1920s travel ! I had no idea there were rental cars 100 years ago.
NOTE--most of the items were originally in a scrapbook so they may have remnants of being removed.
