This uniform was acquired in 2015 and is directly linked to a Colonel, the Chief of the J 4/8 Logistics and Resource Planning Department for the General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces. He later served as the Defense Attaché of Georgia to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
