Herend Hungary Blue Border Printemps porcelain charger or service plate in Motif 3, meticulously hand painted with 24k gilding, delicate floral sprays and a blue fish scale border. There is a little faint gray marking in one area and a few small areas on the white background that are a little scuffed, shown in the photos. In very good *as-is* vintage condition.
