Artist signed and in the style of Hu Yongkai (Chinese Artist, born 1945).
From the hair, face, eyes, colors, and style - all seem characteristic of Hu Yongkai.
Stunning detail and protected behind glass and nicely framed. Beautiful colors and really stands out - tons of character in this piece!
