This is a really great old insurance policy organizer. Issued by The Homestead Fire Insurance Company of the Garrett Building in Baltimore. Phone number Plaza 2460.
It’s loaded with old Baltimore advertising. It is a stiff cardboard and in great condition. No folds or bends and almost hard to open as it’s probably never been used. It opens up to reveal 4 built in pockets like envelopes. to hold items. The pockets are all labeled on the front “Contents” with lines below to hand write and identify what that pocket holds.
Great Baltimore advertisers including:
Homestead Fire Insurance
Riviera Beach Development
Wm Rausch Plumbing Heating
Cloverland Farms Dairy
Wm Scherer Lumber Paints Hardware
John T Hazard Contracting Painter
Fielders Florist
Federal Candy Co
Capital Building and Loan Association
Measures 10 1/2” long. Some minor stains but otherwise great condition.
Great local Baltimore and Insurance history and great collectible item.
